Here is Cassie, Grammy and Kim is in the back ground. She has her dress on that her Daddy picked out before she was born.
Jason looking at his old mementos from his high school years. The Happy Birthday Jason was created by my Dad, Rocky, back when he was a computer savey kind of guy.

Here is another picture.
Christmas morning. We had all 6 grandchildren in the room, even Cassie if you consider she was ready to come out the next day. Anyway, it was very, very hard to get Eli, Henry and Alden in the picture at the same time. Crying was had by at least Eli, as depicted in this picture. We did not get a good picture, it was hopeless, so, you can see all of them here at least.

I'm so thankful that most of our family was here, Stephen and Linsey were sorely missed, believe me.

Our newest granddaughter was born on December 26, 2007. Her birth weight was 6lbs 13 oz and she was 19 inches long. Her name is Cassandra Janelle Tait, and Daniel and Kim will be calling her Cassie. Who knows what others in little Cassies life will call her. I've heard the nick name of C.J. and her actual given name. We will see. I will be calling her Cassie or sweety pie.

Kim is doing very well after her c-section, and Daniel a is very, very proud daddy. Alden's first reaction to seeing his sister was to hide in Grammy's shoulder. However, after only a few minutes of meeting her, he wanted to touch her eyes, and borrow her new hat. Kisses were given to his sister's little head, and he had a big smile on his face.

I will attempt at sending pictures to this blog, to let anyone see some of the pictures from here birthday which was yesterday at 7:46am est.

Below are pictures taken tonight at our home. One is of Maisy next to some dolls. She is a little one, isn't she? There is also a picture of Spencer and Lucas, and Spencer just lost a top tooth tonight with Aunt Christina's help. One is of Kim, with her baby girl still inside of her, but the baby will be born in around 5 days, give or take a few hours.

I just thought I would show everyone this wonderful icicle that Hank found on our front porch tonight. Massive, isn't it?

Papa and his boys

This is a picture of three of our grandsons. From Left to right, Lucas, Alden and Spencer. The man is Papa.

After several attempts to upload a video to this blogger, it failed, so, I will send photos only. Our internet connection just can't handle it.

Mary and Hank have created a blog!

It's early in the morning and I can't sleep. My children, Stephen and Cassandra said I should start my own blog, so, here it is. My hope is that Hank will contribute to this too, and it will be something to do when I can't sleep at night, like now.

Hank and I are parents of 5 children, and 6 grandchildren out of womb with one to be born a week from today. We are blessed-so blessed. This will be an attempt to keep my family informed on what our weeks are like-at least the good parts of the week.

Lets see if it can be done.
